These are self-employed positions.

We are looking for two Associate Disruptors with the heart and head to deliver our cutting edge courses. Our day rate for Associate Disruptors is negotiable. You must be an EXCEPTIONAL trainer and capacity builder and demonstrate:

*A solid understanding of structural inequality – you need to know your stuff (and we will check)!

*At least 2 years experience delivering engaging training courses for various audiences

*A bold and confident attitude

*Skills in group facilitation

*A background in psychology, sociology or cultural studies would be a distinct advantage

PART-TIME ASSISTANT DISRUPTOR/PSYCHOLOGIST – HOME BASED

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an employed or self-employed position for an initial 6 months. The role is for 2 days a week.

Race Reflections is a fast-growing social enterprise dedicated to tackling inequality, injustice and oppression in society. We do this through a varied portfolio of activities including organisational consultancy, training, community engagement, content creation and research.

We are looking for an Assistant Disruptor/Psychologist to join us.

The role is varied and will include depending on the candidate; research, community development, training activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Carry out literature reviews as required

*To undertake relevant data collection and analysis

*Prepare necessary write-ups

*To assist in the preparation of course contents and material

*To assist and/or lead in the delivery of courses to clients as appropriate.

*To assist in the promotion of Race Reflections and in other business-related activities

*To contribute to community development and mental health promotion

PART-TIME BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – HOME BASED

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an employed or self-employed position for an initial 12 months. The role is for 2 or 2.5 days a week. Salary and bonus structure are negotiable.

Race Reflections is a fast-growing social enterprise dedicated to tackling inequality, injustice and oppression in society. We do this through a varied portfolio of activities including organisational consultancy, training, community engagement, content creation and research.

We are looking for our first sales and business development champion to take the enterprise into her next stage of development. This is an exciting and challenging time.

The role is business to business and all about helping develop and sell Race Reflections’ organisational offerings, products and services.

You will work closely with the Director to meet sales targets, create and develop lists of prospective clients and contacts and, seek new clients’ engagement. We want you to be an evangelist for the work of the organisation and have an unwavering commitment to equality and social justice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Develop an understanding of the key benefits of the Race Reflections approach to communicate to potential clients

*Analyse and create a plan for engaging with the primary target market

*Create standardised sale funnels

*Find new target markets and develop plans of engagement

*Create, maintain and provide information about services to potential clients.

*Find key points of contact using traditional and digital methods

*Cold contact potential clients and be resilient to refusals

*Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

*Engage the knowledge and talent of the team in the sales process as appropriate

*Maintain relations with existing clients and seek information to aid in development of the current and new offering

*We offer a basic salary/wage (in the region of £25 000-£30 000 a year FTE – £40 000 OTE)
