This is an employed or self-employed position for an initial 12 months. The role is for 15-17.5 hours a week, ideally to be worked from home over 5 days.  Salary is negotiable.

Race Reflections is a fast-growing social enterprise dedicated to tackling inequality, injustice and oppression in society. We do this through a varied portfolio of activities including organisational consultancy, training, community engagement, content creation and research.

We are looking for a part-time business admin executive to join the team. We are flexible, although we anticipate this role would be best suited for someone early in their career looking for fast development and promotion.

The role is primarily to provide admin support to the business and personal assistance to the Director and to a lesser extent the Team Leader.


*Provide personal assistance to the Director and the Team leader

*Coordinate diaries

*Issue invoices

*Create, maintain and provide information about services to potential clients

*Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

*Maintain relations with existing clients

*Organise and file documents

*General business admin

*Any degree would be an advantage
