I am Guilaine Kinouani

When I turned Race Reflections into the social entreprise it is today, I had little idea where I was heading but I knew I wanted to disrupt the way we tackle and think about injustice, inequality and oppression. I did not expect I’d be joined by hundreds looking for something more searching, more challenging and more thorough when it comes to dismantling structural harm and violence.

But here we are, almost two years on. It has been an arduous journey but with your support, we have grown from strength to strength as we continue to think together, learn and build the capacity of those keen to build a more fair and equal society.

I am proud to launch our first membership opening of 2022!

So much has improved…more e-learning solutions, streamlined memberships, more disruptive talks, radical scholarship grants created to support disruptors of the future and always that passion for justice, equality and liberation.
