This discussion focuses on the data evidence of systemic and institutional racism within academia. The talk will focus on Black women professors and discussions on active work to resist racism in academia.

Bio: Dr Ruby Zelzer is a knowledge and research consultant and director at Reimagine Redefine. HER research is in data analysis and focuses on finding solutions to the under-representation and exclusion of black people within academia and NHS.
