10 years of Race Reflections

We are celebrating 10 years of Race Reflections! 10 years of compelling storytelling, innovative theorising, impactful training and compassionate community building.

In these 10 years we have written over 300 000 of words, delivered 100s of sessions and addressed 100 000s with our message of equality, justice and liberation online. We cared for our communities, ensuring our expertise reached those who need it most for example by organising free workshops on racial trauma and by continuously doing capacity building on social media.

Our unwavering commitment

Always engaging with head AND heart, we have taken many out of their comfort zone, for our collective benefit, we continue to learn along the way.  Our loyalty first and foremost is to equality and to justice.

But WE could not have done it without YOUR support. As you you learn and grow with us, we learn and grow too and our communities at large become better equipped to resist and better able to flourish.

This anniversary plan is focused on what we do best and what we think is likely to be most impactful in tackling inequality, injustice and oppression within institutions. It has both a strong ANTI-RACIST and community component.

Click here to find out more about the course.

*A place onto the Large Group on whiteness at work. A space that centers the lived, the experiential and the relational. Here we seek to interrogate, reflect and resist the reproduction of whiteness in the workplace from a group analytic perspective and with expert facilitation. But more than this, we want to learn from being together in this space, what we can infer from how teams at work operate; for details click here.

* A place onto our innovative Anti-Blackness in the workplace training which aims to very specifically zoom in on the ways people who are racialised as black get marginalised, othered, inferiorised and often discarded at work. This violence although well documented has not received much attention within the ED&I space, hence the course is vital to tackle issues which are invisibilised and unnamed yet which cause much damage to black people’s lives; you can find more information here.

Please note that this offer is only valid by invitation and is pre-launch. It will close on 31/08/2024.
